Huff Croxton, of counsel, specializes in the areas of corporations, partnerships, and LLC’s, business transactions, taxation, estate planning, trusts and estates, and probate. Specifically, Mr. Croxton advises clients on matters pertaining to the selection of the proper entity for a business, the development of documentation governing the business relationships between participants, the integration of the business into the personal family and estate plan of individual participants, and the most appropriate structures to achieve maximum taxation efficiency.

Mr. Croxton also advises clients on estate planning matters from the most basic wills and trusts to more complex estate plans designed to achieve family planning goals while minimizing estate and gift taxes.

A proud father of three, Mr. Croxton is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Albany Rotary Club. He is past president of the Albany Symphony and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Albany Museum of Art as well as the on the Board of Trustees for several charitable trusts and foundations.
